Hundreds of Bostonians will be marching, rolling, hollering, hooting, and otherwise merry-making through the streets on Saturday, September 24th to raise awareness about climate change, and your help is needed!
DotBike and the Dorchester Environmental Health Coalition (DEHC) will be organizing a group of people biking through Dorchester to the waterfront in downtown Boston for the Moving Planet rally (http://moving-newengland.org/).
The group will meet at Peabody Square at 2:15 p.m. and leave by 2:30, stopping at Columbia Road and Dorchester Ave, and continuing on by 3:00 to bike into downtown Boston. Join the group at one of these stops, or at anywhere along the route! Those taking public transportation can hop on the Red Line and get off at South Station, where parade marshals will be directing festival-goers to the waterfront.
If you’re interested in joining, please email Sarah at sarah.cadorette@gmail.com, or check the DEHC website (http://www.dehc.org/) for updates on the event!3 members
